Moyenda Health is affiliated with DocVoice which provides remote patient monitoring in real time via advanced Bluetooth connectivity. Patients are able to check their weight, blood pressure, blood glucose levels and pulse oximetry in the convenience of their home. This technology comes with minimal equipment including:

• Samsung Tablet

• Digital scale

• Glucometer

• Pulse oximeter device

The equipment and service are included in our Chronic Care Management Program and we offer it to all of our Concierge Patients suffering from chronic medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart failure and chronic obstructive lung disease. Through the DocVoice app, our patients log into the Tablet, measure their values and track this data in real time. Likewise, our skilled nurses are able to track and trend this data remotely and take immediate action if needed. The communication is seamless. Dr. Moyenda and his clinical team are able to make critical health decisions needed to ward off worsening acute illnesses, preventing unnecessary ER visits and hospitalizations.
